Responsibilities:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to ensure technology requirements and objectives are met for each business unit and function, with an aligned path and timeline for building new and improved capabilities.
- Ensuring that technology resources meet the company's short and long-term needs and that they are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing as needed to drive new customer acquisition, including sales contract responses and technology enquiries.
- Leading the technology board to maintain consistency across units (framework, tools, training) while defining a roadmap for investment and innovation with the relevant partners.
- Collaborating with product and design counterparts to deliver continuous innovation pipelines converting product ideas into high quality customer deliverable.
- Discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Mentoring and developing team members to increase their expertise and understanding of best development practices.
Skills And Experiences Required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 12 + years of experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of leading a large, sizable and complex technology team across multiple domains.
You should also have a strong technical background in the financial services/fintech industry coupled with a strong experience in managing the success and delivery of large, regional/complex projects.
