Recruitment Specialist
- 5 days, 9am – 6pm (Fully WFH)
- Basic $2500 - $3000 + Commission (Threshold will be 2.5 x basic)
- Office located at Paya Lebar
Requirements:
- Must with CEI (FDW) certified
- Experience in the employment industry or at least 2 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Role Description:
- Responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, interviewing, communication, recruiting, and training.
- Work closely with Recruitment Managers in the coordination of workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.
- Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.
- Posting of job advertisements on job portals and print media
- Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)
- Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks
