Job Objective:

You will be playing a Client Servicing, Account Management role whose duties include both building strong business relationships with clients (car dealers) and helping with the backend processing of their transactions.

Candidates who do not meet the qualifications for this position will be considered for the Administrative Executive vacancy instead.

Core Responsibilities:

Dealer Management

  • Ongoing farming of dealers (leads provided)
  • Brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
  • Constant rapport building with dealers to encourage business dealings
  • Cross selling of Dickson Group’s (DG) products and services
  • Guide dealers on workflow for various products submission and ensure smooth disbursement
  • Monitor approval statuses and manage negotiation requests and feedback

Operational Role

  • Handle floor stock, hire purchase, in-house loan, and loan disbursements
  • Build relationship with bankers and to work closely with them so as to keep up to-date on various banks’ guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role in the automotive industry
  • Candidates with no experience also welcomed to apply, will be considered for Administrative Executive vacancy instead
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
