Job Title: HR Executive (ID1520)
Location: Kallang (will move to Ang Mo Kio in October)
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm.
Salary: $4000 - $5200
Benefit: AWS, AL 14 days
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting up and improving local organizational structure and management methods to boost organizational development.
• Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.
• Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling employee recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
• Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
• Handle compensation and benefits, and address employee queries.
• Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.
• Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
• Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
• Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher with over 5 years of recruitment or HRBP experience. Experience in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, fashion, or consulting industries preferred. IHRP/SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
