Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production (Metal Fabrication)
- Position Title: HR Generalist/HR Executive
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + OT + Handphone Allowance + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily attendance and overtime records are updated and accurate.
- Submit monthly attendance to Finance by month end.
- Proficient in applying for WP, SP, EP, MOM surveys, and managing company EPOL & MOM portals.
- Prepare all necessary HR-related memos and letters.
- Schedule internal and external training sessions, including CSOC, MSOC, and Coretrade certifications.
- Perform HR software Management maintenance.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees
- Issue laptop and safety equipment to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
- Address and resolve employee conflicts; maintain HR policies.
- Provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries as required.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience in Infotech HR software.
- Experience in SME Construction Company in handling Foreign Workers.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices.
