Job Description:
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Define product roadmap based on market insights, tech trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements.
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Manage product development process for timely delivery and quality standards.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales for messaging and positioning.
- Conduct internal and external product training sessions.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in product management or similar roles within the telecommunications sector.
- Proficient analytical skills and adeptness in utilizing data for informed product decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
