Job Description:
- Engage with customers directly to cultivate relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed revenue objectives by employing strategic approaches to managing accounts.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations, including billing, revenue projection, and coordinating resources effectively.
- Identify and actively pursue fresh business prospects.
- Foster connections with key individuals within designated accounts.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment by quickly adapting to changes.
- Occasional regional travel (1-2 times monthly) may be necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Possess prior experience in B2B account management or business development, preferably in the Telco, IT, or Tech industries.
- Possess knowledge in broadband, connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, and cybersecurity for added advantage.
