Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in need of precision manufacturing services.
- Manage entire sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing proposals and negotiations with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to secure orders.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
- Manage existing customer accounts and relationships and identify new sales opportunity.
- Develop weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales target.
Requirements:
- Experience in precision engineering industry with track record of managing manufacturing orders.
- Understanding of precision manufacturing processes and technologies
- Experience in selling CNC machines, a comprehensive understanding of the CNC market
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Ability to collaborate with the production team to deliver customer needs.
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
