Our client is a Japanese MNC in the trading industry and is looking for a talent with minimally 1 year of experience in handling shipment related documents such as PO, invoice, packing list etc.
Please note that this is a highly administrative role and it is necessary to possess knowledge in letter of credit (LC)
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for Non-Ferrous department manager and
- executive.
- In charge of the full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoicing, packing list, L/C negotiation, certificate of origin, bill of lading & etc.
- Processing of customer/supplier orders, monitoring, tracking of orders & outstanding shipments.
- Managing of inventory, updating of sales & purchase data in the order system.
- Preparing all kind of monthly reports that related to your responsible business.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma certificate.
- Has initiative and be observant, good attitude and willing to learn.
- Knowledge in letter of credit is preferred.
