Responsibilities:
Finance
- Process supplier and customer invoice payments.
- Finance data entry and filling.
- Day to day finance operations as required.
Admin
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
- Liaise with supplier in China.
Import/Export
- Plan and coordinate international shipment of goods.
- Arrange shipping details such as permits, export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, routing of products etc.
- Keep track of shipments, invoices.
- Liaise with 3rd party transporters on import and export cargo logistics and rates.
- Liaise with other departments in order to maintain and establish relevant import export, activities and support in relation to the company sales activities, purchasing, materials management, production and organization overall function.
- Assist with the logistics needs.
- Assist with exhibitions.
- Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance/Business or equivalent
- Mininum 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Experience in managing finance and logistics.
- Familiar with a variety of the Singapore and global trade concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China supplier.
