Responsibilities:
- Process month end closing, generate management reports and related duties.
- Check bank reconcile against bank Statement and BS/report/update.
- Process month end data for sales, purchase and inventory.
- Check, prepare & reimburse staff travel claims, visa card payments.
- Handle Petty Cash Funds & reimburse expenses.
- Prepare monthly Cash Flow and Cash requirement forecast
- Process monthly payment of salary.
- Yearly staff income submission to Tax Authority.
- Source for provider for health check.
- Process expatriate Employement Pass, taxes.
- Liaise with MOM, Dept. of Statistics , etc.
- Visa card application, update for expatriate staff
- Arrange for yearly insurance renewal for staff & company assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Accounting
- Degree in HR or Accounting related
