Responsibilities:
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing.
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.
- Co-ordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolve related problem and issues.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.
- Co ordinate all architectural services with other trades at site.
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized university by BOA or BCA or its equivalent;
- Strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude as well as strong commercial and business acumen.
- Min. 5 years experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional projects
