About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, including purchase order approvals, vendor invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze balance sheet entries, manage accruals and prepayments, and create reports to support accurate closing.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide information for internal and external audits.
- Prepare and review management accounts, AP schedules, and dashboards to support informed decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum Degree in Accounting
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Payable
- Individuals with AP experience in shared service environment will be beneficial
- Good excel skills and familiarity with ERP Accounting Systems such as SAP will be beneficial
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, driven with a strong focus on independent learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork skills with initiative and the ability to work independently.
