We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Diploma holder with a strong foundation in accounting and with hands-on experience with the use of ERP / electronic accounting systems. The candidate should possess at least 1-2 years working experience in a similar function. An ACCA qualification or familiarity with Variance Analysis Reports will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Support business controller with common accounting tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) including full set accounting practices.
- Ensure accurate and timely GST submissions and corporate income tax filings.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest level of accuracy in all calculations and data management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient IT knowledge, particularly in accounting software and systems.
- Proven ability to manage full set accounting tasks independently.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in figure work.
Other Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is essential to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts..
- A pleasant, positive personality, with a meticulous approach to work.
- Able to learn new systems and working methods fast.
- Excellent communication skills are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
