Responsibilities Working with the team continue the development and implemention of comprehensive gymnastics training programs for athletes of varying ages.
Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to gymnasts during training sessions, focusing on skill development, technique, and safety.
Communicate with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to clarify program goals, expectations, and progress updates.
Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Stay current with trends and developments in the field of gymnastics coaching, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:Minimum of [2 years] of experience coaching gymnastics .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff members.
