Roles & Responsibilities
· Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post contract
· Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
· Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
· To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;
· Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
· Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
· To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates;
Requirements
1. Relevant technical Degree/ Certification
2. Relevant working experience in a construction company
3. Organize the professional subcontract price and bargaining, negotiation ability
4. Familiar with the composition of bill of quantities;
