Secretary / Senior Secretary
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.15am-5pm (45 mins lunch hour)
- Location: Pioneer Crescent (Pick Up/ Drop Off at Boon Lay MRT)
- Up to S$5,400 (basic salary), with 2.0 -2.5 Month Bonus (incl. AWS)
Job Requirement
- Education / Business Experiences
- At least a Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years’ work experience in export and import goods handling by sea and air shipment
Experience working in import/export departments of machinery manufacturers or machinery trading companies preferred
Job Description
- To coordinate with Head office and customers for all sales & service-related matters.
- To handle the following sales activities:
- Clarification of queries from customers, ifneeded
- Prepare price proposal to customers / conduct price negotiation when needed.
- Prepare Purchase order to Tokyo office / Generate sales order.
- Follow up delivery.
- Coordinate & arrange shipment.
- Generate Invoice / prepare delivery order (if applicable)
- Follow up payment schedule.
- Other non-standard works such as assisting in applying Export License, Issuance of BG, submission of documents for LC payment etc.
- Assist in traveling arrangement for sales staff / supervisors
- Flight arrangement
- Hotel-rooms reservation
- Airport Pickup and transport arrangement
- General administrative works (such as filing, BizSafeactivity, etc.)
