As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in coordinating all office activities and providing comprehensive secretarial support to the senior leaders within the Equipment Manufacturing Operations. Your responsibilities will include managing the scheduling and calendar activities for the Senior Director of Equipment Manufacturing, handling end-to-end meeting processes, and preparing and compiling PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, you will oversee the procurement of office supplies, manage travel bookings and visa arrangements, process travel claims, and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document access and retrieval. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
skills and experience required
To be successful in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in office administration or have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent organization and time-management skills, and a solution-oriented, proactive attitude are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are crucial.
