JOB DESCRIPTION
An established, long standing, wholly owned Temasek company within manufacturing industry with global presence is currently looking for a Finance Manager to join their expanding team, and take charge of financial matters within their new entity.
Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will take charge of formulating and deploying financial operating procedures, overseeing financial operations, system implementation, business partnering, forecasting, budgeting, and establishing corporate governance.
Additionally, as Finance Manager, the incumbent will also be responsible to lead the financial due diligence process for any new acquired entities, perform financial integration after successful merger, provide financial reports and oversight, financial performance tracking, and managing group consolidated accounts.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance, or CA
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in manufacturing industry, with proven managerial experience
- Having external audit experience with big4 firm is good to have
- Proven proficiency in SFRS
- Having experience with ERP systems such as Cognos or Syteline is preferable
