Associate/Senior Associate, Client Relations Management for Insurance
As an Insurance CRM, you typically take on a role that is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with insurance clients. This involves understanding client needs, providing support and guidance, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction which includs client communication, resolving issues, presenting insurance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver quality service.
Main task:
- Assist in the coordination of group insurance renewal invitations.
- Prepare provisional experience refund statements.
- Review and analyze pooling reports and perform related activities.
- Undertake various ad-hoc duties as required.
You should come with:
- At least a GCE ‘O’ Level certification.
- More than 2-3 years of experience within the EB sector.
- HI, M5, M9 Certificates would be perferred.
