Customer Service Officer / Sales Coordinator (1-2yrs exp/Dip/services industries)

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to manage leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and support sales activities.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the service industries such as telecommunication / energy / or dealing with high volume transactions services
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
