Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to manage leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and support sales activities.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing reports, and other documentation as required.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience preferably in the service industries such as telecommunication / energy / or dealing with high volume transactions services
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
