- Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop details project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and workmanship quality CONQUAS standards
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any technical or contractual conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present progress project reports to management stakeholders
- Ensure all necessary authorities permit and licenses are obtained and maintained
