Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Manage and update HR information systems like Prosoft and UKG, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Administer employee benefits programs, conduct salary benchmarking, and prepare compensation proposals.
- Support key HR processes such as annual salary reviews, promotions, performance evaluations, and bonus distributions.
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends, government regulations, and industry best practices.
- Handle work pass processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, bonuses, and year-end tax filings.
- Conduct surveys for the Ministry of Manpower and submit claims for government programs.
- Facilitate employee training programs, including enrollment, payment, and claims for training grants.
- Manage HR and ISO audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong understanding of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with a high level of resourcefulness.
- Strong analytical abilities and a positive attitude towards embracing challenges and responsibilities.
