Preparation of full set of accounts
· Responsible for ensuring accounting records, policies and procedures in compliance with latest IFRS requirements.
· Perform monthly financial operations e.g. closing of accounts, reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivables and payables reconciliation with customers and vendors.
· Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in MYOB accounting system
· Produce timely and accurate financial reports (profits, cash flow, balance sheet) and management reports (sales performance)
· Prepare and perform statutory submissions
· Provide financial advice to the management to support business objectives
· Analyse finance workflows and policies to improve business operational efficiency
Requirements:
· Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, organizer, team player
· Hold a Polytechnic Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
· Candidates who understand bilateral agreements and tax laws in Southeast Asian countries are preferred
· Able to travel to Southeast Asian countries
· Effective communication (verbal and written); Good command of the English language
