- Oversees operations including ordering, inventory, meal planning, food preparation, and service.

- Developing and ensuring all daily monitoring and records are maintained
- Liaising effectively with the management and staff of the arena
- Ensuring a safe work environment and work practices are followed at all times
- Undertaking a stock inventory of goods at designated intervals
- Maintaining accurate and complete records, and observing internal controls relating to picking up and delivery of goods
