- Greet guests, take orders and key orders into POS
- Ensure proper serving of guests’ orders
- Ensure guests’ requests are not delayed during the operations of the Outlet.
- Record and report all guests’ complaints to the Outlet in-charge immediately.
- Clearing and Cleaning of tables after guests have left
- Maintain complete and updated knowledge of:
- All menu items available in establishment
- Preparation method/time, ingredients, sauces, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation, and prices of all menu items
- Basic cashiering duties
- Basic drink making duties
- Promote the Outlet by establishing a loyal and regular customer base, maintaining a regular customer database and personalising customer service.
- Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, the maintenance of furnishings and equipment and the proper set up of in the Outlet and connected areas or pantries.
- Participate in monthly physical stock take of the Outlet, including but not limited to plates, bowls, and crockery.
- Participate in training programs
- Be able to perform opening and closing procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Replenish adequate levels of supplies when stocks arrive
- Update Outlet manager about stocks that needs replenishment in a timely manner
- Use and maintain all equipment in a proper and safe manner
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
