Our client is an esteemed local construction firm that focusing on construction, property development and investment. They are looking for a HR Manager / Assistant Manager to manage full spectrum of HR operations support.
Job Description:
- Oversee full spectrum of HR operations duties
- Manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR report etc
- Maintain and update HR info database, effective document control and filing system
- Implement continuous improvement on HR process and documentation
- Support other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR / business admin or relevant field
- Min 5-8 years of working experience
- Prior working experience in construction industry will be highly valued
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
