We are looking for a Human Resources/Payroll Executive to join our team!
As a Human Resources/Payroll Executive, we rely on you to:
- Report to Human Resources Manager on a monthly payroll consolidation, managing and maintaning payroll information
- Process and validate payroll information pertaining to new joiners, leavers, casuals etc. including calculation, payment, and settlement of wage-related fees according to local legislation and company policies.
- Provides timely and accurate information for monthly payroll accounting m and and statutory payments, inclusive of CPF and year-end tax.
- Working along with the HRBusiness Partnet team to drive employee engagement.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a passion for payroll functions
- Possess relevant experience in payroll.
- Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws pertaining to payroll and wage assessments
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Understanding of human resources payroll processes and procedures
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
