This is a freelance position with flexible hours based on the availability of projects and the absence of our in-house graphic designer. If you are a talented graphic designer with experience in Adobe Suite software and a passion for creating engaging visual content, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Use Adobe Suite software (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to design and edit graphics.
- Ensure consistency in branding and adhere to brand guidelines in all design projects.
- Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members to incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Availability to work on-site in our office as needed.
- Previous experience in a freelance or agency setting.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
