Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling maintenance and repair activities for company facilities and assets.
- Help coordinate with vendors and contractors for services related to facility maintenance and improvement projects.
- Support the management of office space allocations and asset inventory.
- Participate in facilities inspections and compile reports on findings.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, asset inventories, and other related documentation.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of office spaces and surrounding compounds.
- Assist in budget tracking and processing invoices related to facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
