- Content Creation:
- Design and produce engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, animations, and infographics for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance videos and images to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Social Media Content Management:
- Plan, create, and schedule visual and multimedia content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content creation.
- Schedule all social media posts one month in advance with minimal errors and ensure timely and accurate posting across all platforms.
- Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions.
- Ensure all visual content supports and enhances campaign strategies.
- Successfully invite and engage with 500 influencers for media tasting events annually.
- Content Optimization:
- Analyze the performance of visual content and use data-driven insights to improve future content.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand content needs and deliverables.
- Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, and videographers as needed.
- Collaborating with influencers for brand awareness programme
- Marketing Reporting:
- Deliver comprehensive weekly marketing reports detailing key metrics, campaign performance, and actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, videography, and multimedia content creation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Excellent creativity, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with portfolios will be preferred
