Job Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for taking off measurement.
- Prepared & Checked progress claims to Client & Contractors.
- Calling off quotation & review the sub-contractor quotation for completeness.
- Responsible for handling running project and solve complain from site.
- Preparation of cost comparison for award sub-contractor work.
- Prepared & Finalized outstanding progress claims and final claim.
Job Requirements:-
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related studies.
- At least 2 to 3 years of related experience.
- Able to work over the weekend or Public Holidays when required.
