Location: Yishun Industrial Park
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to management and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project engineering or project management, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
