Salary Package:

- Higher Basic if experience in Luxury Beddings, or Luxury Goods.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the store, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficient operations.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Passion for retail and willingness to learn, regardless of prior experience.
- Self-driven and energetic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts totaling 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in English communication.
Probation Period:
- During the first 3 months, employees will rotate among various outlets, including departmental stores, galleries, and studios.
- This rotation aims to familiarize new hires with different operating procedures and product ranges across locations.
Post-Probation:
- Upon completion of probation, employees will likely be assigned to a specific outlet based on operational needs.
- While rotations will be less frequent than during probation, flexibility may still be required.
Work Hours:
- Shifts will vary based on the opening hours of each store, typically ranging from 10 am to 10 pm.
- Shifts will be scheduled as AM/PM/Mid (8 hours, including a 45-minute lunch break).
- Partners will cover full shifts when one is off or on leave.
