Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee operations of the company workshop.
· Manage the design and fabrications of skid, tanks, panels, welding works and control quality to support project teams.
· Manage vendors and contractors engaged.
· Lead, motivate and guide the team to collaborate and function cohesively.
· Maintain good relationship with clients and explore for new business leads.
· Account for workshop’s cost and profit.
· Leads by example, taking full ownership and consistently exceeding expectations to deliver results.
· Comfortable with hands-on operational involvement while developing and driving strategic visions, serving as a front-line leader.
· Other ad-hoc assignment
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, or ITE/High School with more than 20 years’ experiences
- Minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized.
- Strong work ethic.
