Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking for a dynamic and highly motivated Treatment Coordinator with a strong sales background to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, ensuring excellent patient care, and driving the sales process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a thorough understanding of treatment procedures, and the ability to effectively present and sell treatment options to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Coordination:Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
Schedule and confirm appointments, follow-ups, and treatment sessions.
Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Educate patients about their treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
- Sales and Marketing:Conduct consultations to present treatment options and benefits, addressing patient concerns and questions.
Develop and maintain relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance and retention.
Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting and selling treatment plans and additional services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients.
- Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate patient records, updating information as necessary.
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Process patient payments, manage financial arrangements, and handle insurance-related paperwork.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback to management regarding patient experiences and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a treatment coordination or sales role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain complex medical procedures and treatment plans in an understandable manner.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
