Role Overview
AsiaOne is looking for candidates with minimally 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably meticulous and good with looking at numbers. This is a junior level role and you will be reporting to the Head, Corporate Strategy and Service Group.
We seek a highly skilled multitasker with strong communication abilities and a positive demeanour. The ideal candidate will support HR and Finance by managing various administrative responsibilities and fostering a helpful and optimistic atmosphere in the workplace.
To excel in this role, candidates should exhibit professionalism, politeness, and attentiveness, along with precision in their work. They should always be well-prepared and responsive, ready to tackle any challenge head-on. Proficiency with computers, general office tasks, and effective verbal and written communication will be advantageous.
Eligibility Criteria
- Singapore Citizens or PRs prefered
- At least 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the HR and Finance area
- Strong integrity – as this person will be handling Confidential information
Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Assist in HR Administrative duties
- To assist in arranging for interviews end-to-end
- Preparation of HR letters, including on/offboarding forms for new and resigning staff
- Assist in coordinating photoshoots with the Video team for new and incoming staff
- Collecting and compiling all employees information and personal data, ensuring data is kept up to date
- Coordinate and liaise with schools for Apprenticeships and grants
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Management
Finance
- Receive and follow up on supplier invoices for payment processing, with supporting documents (if any)
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation
- Reconcile creditors' statement of accounts
- Assist and follow up on Receivables, i.e. sending of monthly statement of accounts to clients
- Administrative work i.e. filling of service application forms etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Supervisor or Management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least N/O Level / ITE or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is highly preferred
- Possess good written and spoken English
- Possess strong integrity
- Required Skill(s): COMPUTER SKILLS
- Meticulous and good with looking at numbers
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Training will be provided to the right candidate
