Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing our social media marketing strategy. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and generate sales through effective use of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies.
Manage and monitor all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Create engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Work closely with the team to align social media strategy with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Engage with our online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media marketing and strategy development.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
Excellent English and Japanese written and verbal communication skills to communicate with and report to HQ in Japan.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
