The Social Media & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving the company's digital and social media marketing efforts. This includes developing and executing marketing strategies across various online platforms, creating engaging content, building, and maintaining the company's social media presence, and analyzing campaign performance. The role aims to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall marketing goals through innovative and effective digital marketing practices.
Job Description
- Implement online and digital marketing using SEM, email, content marketing, Facebook ads etc. to generate leads across all online platforms.
- Develop and manage social media and digital marketing content for social media, company website, in-house app.
- Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence.
- Engage audience with various kinds of photography or video-based content for marketing purposes and brand awareness.
- Manage with and respond to social media audience on various platforms.
- Analyse social media trends, explore new engagement methods and identify emerging social networks.
- Assist with planning and executing of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign progress using various metrics and submit performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors whenever needed.
- Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for submission
- Support data mining activities.
- Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in monitoring Advertising and Promotional spending.
- Assist with in store marketing activities.
- Support in managing the PR issues on social media platform including customer feedback and comments.
Requirements
- At least Diploma/ITE/Degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communications or other relevant disciplines
- Relevant working experience in Copywriting or Social Media platform, ideally within F&B/FMCG/Retail sectors
- Highly creative with attention to detail
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and trends
- Hands-on and result-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with Google Analytics and digital media optimization
- Proficiency in social media and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Indesign)
- Proficient in video and filmingan d editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro)
- Social media savvy with creativity and commercial awareness
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism in English and Chinese is preferred to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
