Finance & HR Assistant | Up to $2.5k | Ubi
Basic Salary - $2000-$2500
Working Hours – Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Working Location - Ubi
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
- Check the Daily Sales Report for all outlets.
- Perform research and market intelligence through close monitoring of competitor performance, strategies, and pricing structures.
- Data entries into the Accounting system.
- Assist and support in the monthly and yearly closing process.
- Handling office administrative matters such as stationery, mail, pantry supplies, and related assigned.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Training Provided
- Computer literate and competent with MS Excel, Office Word, and PowerPoint
