Key responsibilities
· Preparation of monthly employee payroll, CPF submissions and expenses claims.
· Ensuring compliance of HR practices with MOM employment laws and advising management on necessary actions
· Updating and maintenance of employees’ benefits, MC, annual leave & responsible for all employee-related claims
· Conduct entire cycle of recruitment and onboarding and off-boarding processes
· Preparation for corporate tax filing, quarterly GST filings
· Issue Invoices and arranging payments (Accounts Payable / Account Receivable)
· Preparation for year-end financial closing
· General administrative & clerical duties of the daily office operations
· Perform data entry and scan documents
· Maintain office facilities and supplies
· Support any other company administrative duties which might not be listed above
Requirements
- Singaporeans
- Immediate availability is preferred
- Job type: Full-time (Permanent)
- Minimum 3 years experience is preferred
- Solid oral and written communications skills
- Confident and resourceful
- Detailed-oriented and ability to manage time well
- Good attitude with a proactive spirit
- Ability to take on pressure and work under tight schedules and deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Google Suites
