Job Description:
- Oversee the HR division and exercise leadership and management authority.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies as well overseeing the recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal departments in manpower planning, budgeting as well employees’ training & development programs to support business growth.
- Design company policies and setting objectives for HR team to promote healthy working environment.
- Support and suggest improvement to existing HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Proven working experience as HR generalist
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Labour Laws
- Sound knowledge and understanding of employee benefits & HR practices
