About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Consumer Healthcare team as our ASEA Digital Content Lead where you will be responsible for delivering executions in Owned and Earned media (Web content, Social content, Influencer marketing, Community marketing, Brand partnerships and others) for Sanofi CHC to become a Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company with best in class consumer engagement.


We want to significantly accelerate consumer engagement in our core business, and in particular improve the quality of our Owned and Earned approach and assets to better engage, convert and retain consumers and as a result drive business impact in the most efficient way and leapfrog competition.


You’ll be part of a ASEA ICE team and will work cross-functionally with the company’s departments, internal and external stakeholders and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.


Organizational Context:

This role reports into the ASEA Integrated Consumer Engagement Lead and is part of the Brand and Innovation Team.


Key responsibilities:

Lead the execution of the overall Owned and Earned plan in partnership with agency partners & brand teams.


Establish the North Star (destination) considering best practices seen and adopted by more advanced industries and brands. Running a gap analysis to assess current state of play against North Star and direct competitors.


Develop concrete execution plan for Owned and earned media with best operational approach including defining internal and external resources required, with a hands-on behavior to deliver engaging content at the best cost, with agility and speed to boost meaningful consumer engagement.


Collaborate with the brand teams and manage content marketing projects with publishers, creators and brands.


Utilize various digital data sources of consumer understanding (such as digital media campaigns, brand websites 0/1st party data, CRM data, etc), social listening tools to build a robust understanding of our consumers and recommend activations to marketing teams.


Contribute to the data transformation of Sanofi Consumer Healthcare by ensuring the execution of the consumer data strategy, by monitoring volume of 0 and 1st party data on brand websites and recommend actions to generate and capture data all along the consumer journey and grow internal consumer data capital.


Accelerate data driven connections and increase digital maturity index scores for owned and earned media.


Colloborate with the paid media team to reinforce consumer centric mindset and build brand love by delivering crazy elevated creativity in our experience planning activations.


Responsible for the adoption of the Sanofi Digital Asset Management tool by the agency partners to ensure the correct upload, categorization and maintenance of the brand digital assets across all brands and markets.


Responsible for leading the DPR process for owned asset development (websites, social media pages) and for managing the Sanofi Digital Property Registry on regular basis.


Recommend the right set of KPIs and measurement methodologies to track the performance of Owned and Earned activities in comparison to Paid media activities (e.g. ROI, production costs vs Reach, cost of engagement vs benchmarks..) . This will help the business improve its allocation of investment to drive sales.z


Recommend tools and techniques to enable better creative effectiveness and efficiency like Generative AI.


Stay atop the latest trends, marketing best practices, ad platforms, formats & processes within digital ecosystem


REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

App 7 years' experience with proven experience in agency or advertiser including 3 years as Content manager, Social media strategist or Influencer manager with proven success in building and executing programs.


Professional skills:


Good understanding of digital platforms and the digital ecosystem in terms of websites / Advertising including brand building and lead generation techniques using SEO and SEM, Social and Influencer.


Data-driven mindset with focus on performance optimization, with an ability to organize and crunch data, interpret metrics and identify trends.


Ability to better creatives and content with performance data.


Passion for new media, tools and techniques.


Strong project management skills (e.g., building & rigorously tracking work plan).


Delivering results working effectively with internal and external partners.


Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and non-verbal) to share expertise

International experience: working outside of own cultural environment; across multiple countries.


Language:

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

Other languages is a plus.
