Job Responsibilities:
- Co-develop all sales strategies and marketing activities with brand owners for the assigned brands to achieve monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper trade executions
- Prepare promotional activities on a monthly basis to senior management and brand owners for approval, to drive a sustained increase in domestic product consumption and profitability
- Perform post-evaluation of the planned activities and provide insights and learnings for future activities
- Work closely with customers spanning across wholesale, food manufacturers, coffeeshop chains, bakeries to understand customer needs and requirements
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor sales performance and identify gaps and opportunities to grow the assigned brands
- Monitor competitors' activities and current market trends.
- Lead external and internal business reviews independently
- Manage and negotiate with both external and internal stakeholders to drive continuous growth for the assigned brands
- Work closely with Operations team to facilitate planning of inventory for assigned brands
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the Food Service Sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to draw up meaningful and executable business plans for alignment across different stakeholders
- Possess a vehicle will be an advantage. Transport allowance will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, effectively bilingual in spoken English and addition 1 other language
