Responsibilities:
- Oversee the team of engineers.
- Ensure strict deadlines are consistently met and high-quality results are delivered
- Generate and maintain engineering drawings for fabrication based on design specifications
- Ensure mechanical designs align with functionality and are feasible for manufacturing and installation
- Research and select suitable materials and devices for system integration
- Manage the supply chain to achieve cost-effective and timely solutions
- Lead the installation, testing, and validation of system modules
- Participate in team design meetings and contribute to project improvements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation with accuracy and security.
- Spearhead research and development efforts
- Provide support for other tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Able to work on-site operating and troubleshooting systems
- Proficiency in using SOLIDWORKS or similar 3D CAD software.
- Experience in equipment manufacturing or development preferred
- Knowledge of pyrolysis, syngas, biochar and boiler industry is advantageous
