This role assists the General Insurance Customer Service and Operations team, including processing policy cancellation, policy changes, and other administrative tasks assigned. The role holder must also assist the General Insurance Customer Service team in clearing incoming calls during peak periods.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of policies and policy changes.
- Verification after purchase of insurance policies.
- Process changes to customer’s data and ensure up-to-date customer records,
- Responding to clients’ queries and calls
- Handles refund and receipting
- Proficient in performing tasks following the Standard Operations Process (SOP) provided.
- Support in work documentation and paperwork.
- Any ad hoc task assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Personal General Insurance and Commercial General Insurance Certification (BCP, PGI, CGI) preferred
- This role is a 12-month contract role with completion bonus.
