Major Responsibilities
1) Medical Benefits
- Medical benefits administration for outpatient specialist, inpatient, polyclinic, A&E and panel clinics bills
- Documentation and issuance of letter of guarantee to hospitals
- Documentation, processing and submission of all inpatient and outpatient specialist claims for staff through batch form to AIA for reimbursement , including following up on incomplete documents for re-submission
- ASO documentation/computation/submission to AIA for payments/reimbursements.
- Documentation, processing, submission & following up with AIA on Insurance Death claims
- To follow up on co-payment deduction from staff for Payroll.
- Liaising with hospitals and raising payments to hospitals via Compass
- Handling medical claim enquiries from staff
2) Work Injury Compensation
- Liaise with Safety Department for prompt submission of Work Injury Compensation cases to MOM and WICA Insurer
- Document, monitor & track WICA cases till case closed
- Work closely with Payroll and Finance on the WICA salary/claims payouts and reconciliation
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma with at least 1-2 years of HR experience
- Good knowledge in Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act
- Digitally savvy with intermediate competence in MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure in handling/following up high volume medical claims
- Good interpersonal skill. Meticulous and good with numbers.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin in view our primary stakeholders converse mainly in these 2 languages. Able to converse in dialects is an advantage.
