- Assist to CEO in participating in strategic business decision-making, support and promote the implementation of HR related projects and process policies of subsidiaries;
- Responsible for the recruitment for all subsidiaries;
- Responsible for the labor contract management of employees of the subsidiary company, and handling various procedures such as transfer and transfer;
- Responsible for the staff performance management of subsidiaries, and make suggestions and optimization of the process;
- Responsible for the development and implementation of compensation incentive and retention plans for employees of the subsidiary;
- Responsible for dealing with the welfare related affairs of the employees of the subsidiary, and accepting the policy consultation of the employees;
- Coordinate, facilitate and support in Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbook, Work Structure, Job Description, and Position Description for all positions.
- Manage employee relation issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures and other industrial relation matters in the Labor.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry practices and its application with current processes in HR daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resource or its equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR experience with minimum 2 years managing a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- IHRP certified will have added advantage
Working hours/days:
- 5 days work
- 8:30am to 5:30pm
