Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team - College For Lifelong Aspirations And Skills (CLASS @ SHATEC).
As a Sales and Marketing Executive for Short Courses and Customised Courses, you will be responsible for driving business development, sales, and marketing efforts for both short courses and customised courses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development, sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue for short courses
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new course offerings and opportunities for expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
- Excellent business development, sales, and marketing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the continuing education and training industry.
- Experience in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in managing others is preferred.
