Job Duties:
- Provide support in talent acquisition
- Managing all operational aspects of employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Regular maintenance of employees database ensuring data integrity
- Coordinate payroll related activities with external payroll service providers including income tax reporting
- Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll
- Provide support in the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- Assist in reviewing training needs analysis in alignment with employees’ training and development needs to ensure
- Assist with employees’ relations events and duties
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience covering full HR spectrum
- Degree in HR, Business or related with proven track record in a HR generalist role
- Sound knowledge of local labour laws and HR regulations
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & SAP applications
- Able to work well in a fast-paced & international environment
